Returns, Store Credit & Cancellations

5% fee applies to all cancelled orders. This fee is charged by the payment processing company, not Bootmod3Tuning.com.

In the event that you need to return, cancel or exchange a product do NOT call in.  There are Absolutely no returns or exchanges on used parts, electrical components (including tuning/flash cables and boxes), fuel injectors, fuel pumps, ignition components etc.  No refunds or exchanges after 30 days, Bootmod3Tuning reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on special order items.

All shipping errors must be provided to Bootmod3Tuning within 1 (one) business day of receipt. All cancelled orders will incur a 35% processing fee even if an order has not shipped.  Special orders or shipped orders are subject to a 35% cancellation fee.  By placing an order with Bootmod3Tuning, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy. 

Store credit is logged by our accounting system to keep this process simple and easy for our customers.  Because of the numerous amount of credit requests we receive, there is a 90 day limit to use store credit.  If store credit is not used within 90 days, the credit will be forfeited.  We receive and store unclaimed property/returns regularly due to the large number of packages we ship.  We do not have facilities to continue to store unclaimed property/returns if goods are not claimed within 30 days of receipt they will also be forfeited.

**All returns/exchanges must have an RMA# and must be unopened in original packaging.**
